Returns Policy

You can return your Afar Boutique garments for a full refund. 

To be eligible for a return, the garments must be in their original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging, unworn, unwashed, and unused.

Note as the garments need to be in a resalable state - Afar Boutique reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges that don't meet our policy.
Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Keep your tracking number until your return has been processed.
Afar Boutique is not responsible for any items lost in transit.

How to make a return

Step 1:
Email us at within 14 days of receiving your order, stating your name, order number and reason for return.

Step 2:
You will receive a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN#) via email. This number is required for the return to be accepted. Ensure that you ship the item using a trackable method as Afar Boutique is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Step 3: 
When we've received your returned item, it will be inspected according to our return policy conditions above. Please allow 1-5 business days for this process.You will be notified of the outcome via email and we will issue the refund using the same method of payment that was used at purchase.


Unfortunately, we cannot reserve items. If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please make a new purchase. Once the original item is returned, we will issue your refund.

Defective or Incorrect Items
In the rare case of receiving a defective item, please contact us promptly at with a brief description and a couple of photos showcasing the defect or fault.

Any defective items will be replaced.
Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is defective or if we shipped the wrong item.
